Founded by a group of committed Social workers who have inculcated volunteerism from the values of National Service Scheme, biggest youth movement of the Asian Continent, the Social Research Society (SRS) operates with special emphasis on empowering youth especially rural population, through skill training and life skill development. Our Vision is “youth empowerment through introduction to innovation in best practices, modern technology and sustainable livelihood.

We aim at bringing together the best global practices, corporate thinking and accountability, the highest standards of good governance to create a model of sustainable development, which is a yardstick in the industry that can be replicated and scaled. We rely strongly in working with multiple partners and creative collaboration with other foundations, NGOs, corporates and the government.
We believe in a holistic development with a focus on eight verticals - Employability and Skill Development Programmes, Education, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, Environmental Protection and Conservation, Gender Equality Based Capacity Building, Support Programmes for Differently Abled, Youth Empowerment & Sports. This model vests our communities with the proficiency of creating and finding better choices, allowing them to transform their own lives and ensuring a perpetual and unalterable change for good.
